Facilities Maintenance Programs:
3H implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) built on J2EE technology and IBM’s MRO platform in a Federal civilian agency. This program supports facilities maintenance programs, evaluates current asset conditions, forecasts capital budget requirements, helps capital asset planning and reports on performance. Clients can access this service anywhere, anytime using a web browser on a PC or a mobile device (e.g., Smart Phones, Blackberry, PDA).
