Apogen, a QinetiQ North America Subsidiary, Acquires 3H Technology

3H Technology today announced that it has signed an agreement to be purchased by the QinetiQ North America Subsidiary, Apogen Technologies, Inc. This acquisition, the latest in a series of transactions for QinetiQ North America over the past three years, will help consolidate the Company’s footprint in the U.S. government market and adds further breadth and depth to the Company’s IT capabilities. 3H Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apogen Technologies, Inc., one of QNA’s existing subsidiaries, under its IT Services Group, but will retain its brand, employees and facilities.
