VIENNA , VA – 3H Technology, LLC (3H Technology) announced today that it has signed a Mentor-Protégé agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in light of the newly established Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Mentor-Protégé Program. The DHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) officially accepted the 3H Technology/SAIC, 3-year Mentor-Protégé agreement on July 1, 2004.

DHS’s Mentor-Protégé Program was established to provide incentives for major Federal contractors to help small and disadvantaged businesses in enhancing their capabilities and increasing their participation as prime contractors and subcontractors under DHS and Federal contracts. In solidifying a Mentor-Protégé relationship with 3H Technology, SAIC gains a reliable subcontracting partner and contracting credits.
