In January 2005, 3H certified its Network Solutions Division of 3H Technology, LLC and 3H Technology Federal Corp. The division received its ISO 9001:2000 registration certificates formally documenting a significant achievement in our process improvement effort and acknowledging our commitment to quality at 3H Technology. This news capped a months long effort to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) within the company. All staff involved with the ISO initiative supported the effort enthusiastically, with the result that 3H Technology exceeded timeframe expectations in achieving this goal. Our ISO Certification is a statement about our commitment to quality for the long-term. The 3HT QMS includes continual improvement of our quality processes and a method for review and correction of issues. The 3HT QMS provides an effective and efficient method of ensuring delivery of quality products and services as well as ensuring customer satisfaction for both our current customers and those we will have the privilege to support in the future.
