As a result of our adherence to proven process improvement methodologies, 3H’s enduring commitment to quality is supported by a solid infrastructure that incorporates best practices drawn from the public and private sectors.
Through CMMI® standards, we demonstrate mature capabilities in technical and engineering practices that are consistent with our corporate level policies. These practices, in conformance with Level 3 of the CMMI®, require that 3H Technology maintain a firm understanding of our customer’s requirements, establish and implement activities to build in quality from the start of every project, and work with suppliers to ensure their contributions meet our high quality standards. 3H Technology’s CMMI®-driven focus on tracking requirements through product realization ensures we keep the customer's interests and needs at the forefront of our work throughout the life cycle. Our other quality management procedures specifically complement and ensure the delivered product or service functions optimally in our customer’s operational environment.
3H Technology’s quality infrastructure is defined by our Quality Management System (QMS) which utilizes ISO standards and reinforces and complements our work with CMMI®. Through the processes and procedures established by our QMS, 3H Technology’s senior management team defines quality objectives that are consistent with 3H Technology’s corporate vision and strategic objectives. Following industry best practices delineated in ISO, IEEE-J-STD, CMMI®, and the ITIL/ISO frameworks ensures that our work at the project level is consistent with corporate level policies, direction and strategies.
We also utilize a systematic and visible project management process that incorporates quality management principles including customer focus, use of management and engineering benchmarks, commitment to continual improvement and enforcement of mutually beneficial supplier relationships. 3H employs formal Earned Value Management (EVM) practices with the appropriate surveillance plans to ensure adherence to ANSI/EIA-748-A (2002) guidelines. The use of Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management further ensures that cost, schedule and performance milestones are managed, controlled and reported efficiently and effectively. Executive oversight and organizational infrastructure, which includes a senior Management Steering Committee, Engineering Process Group, and corporate level Quality Assurance components, enhances our processes, best practice activities and quality initiatives.
